Parts of West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley, are under a hazardous weather outlook. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says there will be a chance of thunderstorms tonight through Wednesday as a cool front moves south through the area. A few storms might be severe with the main threats being large hail and damaging winds.
