Your lawn can no longer double as a parking lot. The San Angelo City Council voted five to two Tuesday to ban parking on unimproved residential yards. There are a few exceptions: yards where the street is less than 36 feet across, areas where there are no curbs, fenced areas or on improved surfaces, such as gravel, hot mix or concrete paving stones.
