San Angelo police located bath salts and methamphetamine and made two arrests during a traffic stop Sunday evening. The 2004 Chevrolet Malibu was pulled over in the 400 block of West Avenue T for Failing to Signal Lane Change. The male driver did not present a Driver’s License and gave a fake name. He was eventually identified as 30-year-old Mark Flores of San Angelo and arrested for an outstanding Parole Warrant and for possession of bath salts. A female passenger, 18-year-old Brooke Martinez of San Angelo, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
