San Angelo's Planned Parenthood is closing its doors today. This is Planned Parenthood's second closing in West Texas this month. It follows by a few weeks the legislative passage of a bill restricting abortions which was signed by Governor Rick Perry. Patients were informed of the closing by a note taped to the door Wednesday, which explained how they can transfer their records to another provider.
