The City of San Angelo invites you to enjoy the International Waterlily Collection.The Collection is open to the public at no charge and has active flowering displays from April to October every year. In 2011, the Texas legislature formally designated "Texas Dawn" as the state's Official Water Lily. San Angelo is home to the "Texas Dawn" which was created by Kenneth Kenneth Landon. The International Waterlily Collection can be found at Civic League Park, between Beauregard and Harris avenues on North Park Street.
