The annual Fort Concho Speakers Series will tackle diverse topics throughout the month of September. It kicks off on September 4th with Angelo State biology professor and former Standard-Times wildlife columnist Terry Maxwell speaking on "Local Wildlife in Fort Concho Days." The seminars are free and run from noon to one each Wednesday in the Fort Concho Commissary on Burgess Street. You can bring your own lunch or order one from Mr. T's Deli the Monday before the seminar.
