The San Angelo Police Department has made an arrest in connection to an ongoing investigation into last week's felony theft of copper cable from a city's Utilities Securities Division on St. Ann Street. Surveillance video footage resulted in the identification of 46-year-old Paul D. Kelso of San Angelo as the suspect in the theft of the cable, valued at more than 10-thousand dollars. Kelso was arrested Thursday night at a residence in the 200 block of North N Street and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
