For the second day in a row, San Angelo residents and businesses exceeded last year's water usage totals. On Wednesday, the city used 15-point-two million gallons of water, about 400-thousand gallons more than it did on the same date last year. Keep in mind that under current drought restrictions, watering is allowed only once every seven days at no more than one inch per application.
