San Angelo City Manager Daniel Valenzuela gave his first State of the City address at Tuesday's montly Chamber of Commerce luncheon at West Texas Training Center. Valenzuela spoke primarily about San Angelo's water supply and the impact of the oil boom. The speech will be posted on the City's YouTube channel and aired on SATV.
