Operation Finally Home will break ground on a mortgage free custom built home for Lance Corporal Samuel Marley and his family tomorrow morning, at 10 a-m. The Home Builders Association of San Angelo and Clark Construction will start the project on Sheffield Drive in The Bluffs, and the community is invited. Marley was injured in Iraq in 2007 and medically retired from the Marine Corps
