The Texas Forest Service says the Scott Ranch fire in Irion County is 100 percent contained. Crews are going to remain in the area, as the growth potential is extreme. It burned over 10-thousand acres.
The Wildcat fire is 80 percent contained. Crews are patrolling to put down any hotspots or flare ups. It has burned over 159-thousand acres.
