There will be a public hearing about redistricting in San Angelo tomorrow, at the City Council Meeting. It starts at nine a-m in the McNease Convention Center. Council members will also take public views on an ordinance addressing whether trailers, R-Vs and semis should be allowed to part in residential areas.
