There was an Underage Drinking Awareness Panel at River Crest Hospital over the noon hour, today, sponsored by Concho Valley CARES Coalition and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council for the Concho Valley. April is Alcohol Awareness Month. More than 60 percent of San Angelo teens report that all types of alcoholic beverages are easy for them to obtain.
