Evacuations Lifted - Wildcat Update

All evacuations from the Wildcat fire have been lifted. Firefighters have the blaze up to thirty percent contained, today. Winds will be out of the northeast, so fire officials say their priorities are along the southwestern flank. An incident management team has arrived to help relieve some of the local volunteers who’ve been working, non-stop. The fire is closing in on 159-thousand acres burned. F-M 26-62 between Highway 2-0-8 and 2-77 is still closed. But, R-M 20-24 is now open. Still, a reminder to stay out of the area, unless absolutely necessary.
