Some city offices will be closed Friday, so employees can take part in their annual neighborhood blitz. About 400 city workers will spend the day in service, painting fourty houses, cleaning alleys and picking up trash in the Rio Vista neighborhood. They will be organizing from Saint Mary's Church on Avenue N.
