The Concho Valley CARES Coalition and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council for the Concho Valley have given the Random Acts of Prevention Award to the San Angelo Rodeo Association, for providing a safe and kid friendly environment and posting “no alcohol allowed” signs at entry ways to the Carnival section.
