The San Angelo Colts signed three players today. Familiar faces include infielder Landon Camp and pitcher Caleb Rodgers. Camp returns with the second most home runs in Colts history for a single season with 24 last year. Rodgers has played his entire pro career with San Angelo and is entering his fifth season. The Colts also added a fresh face in the outfield, Jareck West. West is a former Oakland A's prospect drafted in the 25th round in 2007.
The Angelo State women's basketball has signed one of the top high school players in Texas. Cassi Stegall of Hico High School is a two-time All-State Selection.
The Rangers are a game up on division rival LA, with game two of the series tonight. The Astros have another crack at the Mets.
The Mavericks try to gain a stronghold on their NBA playoff series with the Trailblazers. Game two is in Dallas. The Spurs try to even the series with the Grizzlies tomorrow.
