A tight budget means cutting back on the extras, and Tom Green County says the annual employee appreciation day off and luncheon is off, this year. But, they will still have a raffle for door prizes, and the county wants to bring in a speaker. Mark Warren will give a team building lecture to county managers at the Stephens Central Library on Thursday.
