The biological mother of a boy who police say was starved to death says she last talked to her son more than a year ago. Judy Williams lives in New Mexico and says her ex-husband and his wife cut off her contact. Police say the pair locked 11-year-old Jonathan Ramsey in his room and fed him almost nothing. Jonathan's body was said to have been dumped in a rural area of Ellis County but has yet to be found.
