The city of San Angelo has some bargains for you. The annual surplus property auction is coming up a week from tomorrow. It will take place at the Indoor Arena next to the Coliseum. There will be a preview next Friday from 10 to 4 and at 8 AM the day of the sale. Items up for bids from the city, Tom Green County, San Angelo ISD and other agencies include vehicles, bicycles and computers.
