The City of San Angelo in conjunction with the San Angelo Independent School District is launching an online auction of surplus vehicles and other equipment. Among the 52 items available for purchase are cars, pickup trucks, dump trucks, large mowers, four-wheel all-terrain vehicles, a forklift and a manlift. The equipment was previously owned by the City, the SAISD and the San Angelo Police Department Narcotics Task Force. The items are available for viewing starting today. Bidding begins one week from today, Monday, August 12th, at rene-bates-dot-com.
