ASU meat judgers 2nd

Angelo State University's Meat Judging Team finished second out of 19 teams and placed three individuals in the top 10 at the 2013 American Meat Science Association's International Meat Judging Contest. That took place Sunday in Dakota City, Nebraska. ASU was one of only two teams not from a Division I university. The AMSA International is considered the national championship of collegiate meat judging, and as runner-up, ASU is the 2013 Reserve National Champion.
