A San Angelo businessman won’t be tried for a third time for his wife's murder. The state of Colorado filed a motion to dismiss the second-degree murder case against Frederick Mueller, who was accused of killing Dr. Leslie Mueller while they were at their rural vacation home in 2008. Mueller's first two trials ended in hung juries; the third trial had been scheduled to begin January 6th.
