San Angelo conserved water over the weekend. On Saturday, city residents and businesses used nine-point-one million gallons of water compared to 11-point-one million on the same date last year. On Friday, the numbers were eight-point-nine million gallons this year, 10-point-nine million a year ago. A reminder that new seasonal watering restrictions took effect Friday and limit outdoor watering to once every 14 days and one inch per application.
