The National Weather Service at San Angelo says a winter weather advisory remains in effect for all of west central Texas, including the Concho Valley, through 10 o'clock this morning. Periods of light freezing rain, freezing drizzle and sleet will continue ahead of a large, slow moving, upper-level low. Precipitation amounts will be light but temperatures will remain below freezing with additional accumulations resulting in continued hazardous driving conditions through much of the morning.
