San Angelo police are asking for your help in identifying a man who used an invalid credit card to rent a room at a local hotel in early September and stole a television from the room. He was wearing glasses, a baseball cap, long athletic shorts and sneakers. He had multiple tattoos on his back, neck and upper arms.
