Coming up later today, the San Angelo Police Department and Downtown San Angelo, Incorporated will hold a town hall meeting. It begins at 5:30 p.m. at 28 West Concho Ave. During this town hall meeting, SAPD Sector 2 Liaison Officer Jennifer Kuhlmann will present information on identity theft, crime prevention and online reporting. Citizens, business members and community leaders of Sector 2 are encouraged to attend. Sector 2 encompasses the area south of the Houston Harte Expressway and east of Bryant Boulevard.
