A San Angelo man has been charged with Theft of Property after stealing some 14-hundred dollars in diesel fuel from a convenience store in Ballinger Wednesday.The suspect, 36-year-old Alvie Paul Sisk, Junior, had allegedly fled a Stripes store in a pickup truck with the stolen fuel in a large plastic container located in the truck bed. After receiving the suspect and vehicle description, San Angelo Police began searching areas of the city that Sisk was believed to have ties to. The truck and Sisk were eventually pulled over in a residential neighborhood in east San Angelo.
