West Central Texas, including the Concho Valley, will be under a freeze warning overnight. The National Weather Service at San Angelo says the combination of a strong cold front today and clearing skies early tomorrow morning will result in temperatures dropping into the mid to upper 20s. The freeze warning will be in effect form nine o'clock tonight until nine o'clock tomorrow morning. The cold can harm unprotected pipes, plants, pets and livestock.
