The National Weather Service at San Angelo has issued a hazardous weather outlook for west central Texas, including the Concho Valley. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible tonight, along with small hail, gusty winds and dangerous lightning. Tomorrow through Sunday, a wintry mix of rain, sleet and freezing rain will be possible. The primary hazards will be potentially dangerous travel conditions. Prolonged exposure to the cold temperatures will be dangerous for humans, pets and weak livestock.
