San Angelo police have arrested a forgery suspect. Last Friday morning, officers responded to a call at Wells Fargo Bank on West Beauregard regarding a person who was attempting to pass a forged check. The suspect was found and identified as 23-year-old Floyd Harvey. Police confirmed the check, along with a checkbook and a social security card that Harvey later produced were stolen. A check revealed that the victim's vehicle had been burglarized. Harvey was arrested on forgery and burglary charges.
