Three San Angelo residents were arrested for burglarizing a building on Friday thanks to an officer who recognized them from video surveillance footage that morning. The officer had viewed the footage following a burglary at the Tenas Leadership Charter Academy Building on TLC Way. Further investigation revealed the suspect to be a 17-year-old male from San Angelo. Police responding to a residence on Guadelupe Street saw items in the backyard matching the description of the stolen propery. After getting permission from the property owner, officers went inside the home and arrested the 17-year-old, along with a 16-year-old female and a 13-year-old male.
