The West Texas Energy Consortium will host a one-day conference on Tuesday, December 3rd at Howard College in Big Spring. The organization will share its goals and present Phase I of a recently commissioned Economic Impact Study. The consortium is made up of the West Central, Permian Basin and Concho Valley Workforce Development Boards and brings together industry, business, government and citizens in an effort to educate, inform and address issues that occur as the oil and gas industry expands in this region.
