Three San Angelo men were arrested for burglary early Monday morning after a resident detained them until police arrived. Just after 1 AM, police responded to a residence on East 11th Street and located the property owner detaining three suspects, two wearing gloves and the third holding a backpack and bolt cutters. They had allegedly forced entry into a locked storage building and removed a CD player from a vehicle parked inside. 18-year-old Emilio Garza, 19-year-old Robert Carrasco Junior and 30-year-old Mark Carrasco were all charged with burglary of a building and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
