Stay of Execution

There’s been a stay of execution for convicted Fort Worth killer Cleve Foster, who was to be the first death row convict to be put to death with pentobarbital. The execution was scheduled for six o’clock tonight, but the U-S Supreme Court wants more time to rule on whether he had proper legal counsel during his trial. He was convicted of raping and killing a woman in 2002.
