A pedestrian was seriously injured Saturday night when she was struck by a car near the intersection of 21st and Armstrong streets. San Angelo police say 23-year-old Priscilla Findlay was struck by a 1988 Chevy Impala being driven southbound on Armstrong. The driver, 25-year-old Adrian Perez, did not see Findlay crossing the road. Perez was cited for driving with an invalid license. Findley was transported to Shannon Medical Center.
