A Howard College project breaks ground next Wednesday.
Construction begins on two campus buildings to begin a master plan for the school.
The ceremony at 4 p.m. takes place at the West Texas Training Center on Highway 67.
One building would hold classrooms, and the other would house student services.
Construction estimates total $14 million. Work may finish before next year's fall semester.
