San Angelo Police are charging a school bus driver with failure to yield the right of way, after he cut off a motorcycle. About 6:30 yesterday morning, the bus, with five students on board, was traveling east on Avenue L and tried to take a left on Oakes Street, Police say 70 year old Robert Garcia caused the accident, when he cut in front of the motorcycle. There were no injuries.
