This week, the San Angelo City Council is having a special meeting to consider a resolution that would authorize the City Manager to negotiate a financing agreement for the Hickory Water Supply Project. The city is looking for a 120 million dollar loan with the Texas Water Development Board. The meeting is Thursday at one o’clock in the McNease Convention Center.
