The San Angelo Police Department ended up nabbing two of their Most Wanted Fugitives, in a raid, yesterday. Officers and members of the U-S Marshals Service received a tip that 28 year old Tony Arroyo Junior was in a residence on North Magdalene Street. Arroyo was wanted for a probation violation for the manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. And, when they found him, they also found 35 year old Gary Dale Bilbrey Junior, who was wanted for forgery and has passed counterfeit money in San Angelo.
