Tomorrow, the San Angelo City Council will have a second public hearing about annexing the Lake Nasworthy Power Station southwest of the city. They will also discuss the maximum number of garage sales a property owner should be allowed to have and whether residents whould be able to keep cows, horses, goats or other hoofed animals in a pen within one hundred feed of other homes or businesses.
