Even as the San Angelo Police Department was handling the case of a police officer shooting a 19 year old suspect, yesterday, officers were serving arrest warrants in a major drug sting. At least fifteen San Angelo residents were arrested, yesterday, starting about eight a-m. Most were charged with engaging in criminal activity and conspiracy to manufacture and deliver cocaine, in an amount over 400 grams.
