This is National Police Week. Today, the San Angelo Police Department had a flag raising ceremony. On Friday, at its annual banquet, the Police Department named Sargeant Todd Dornhecker Police Officer of the Year. Friday, there’s an ecumenical service to honor all the officers in Texas who have lost their lives in the line of duty, this past year. The service starts at 11 am at Southland Baptist Church on Meadow Creek Trail.
