ASU USDA grant

Two faculty members in Angelo State University's Agriculture Department have been awarded a three-year, 270-thousand dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Doctors Kirk Braden and Loree Branham will be using the money for a new meat and food science student research and outreach project. It will provide research opportunities to high school students in San Angelo, Midland, El Paso and San Antonio, as well as ASU undergraduate students
