The recovery of a stolen vehicle has apparently led to San Angelo police solving other crimes. On Tuesday, officers found a 1995 Mercury Cougar that had been taken from Lake View High School crashed into a fence and they detained two suspects, 17-year-old Ty H. Adams and a 15-year-old, both from San Angelo. An investigation led to two other juveniles who involved in stealing the car: another 15-year-old and a 14-year-old. Police recovered a stolen laptop computer and numerous items of jewelry from one of the 15-year-olds. They say other thefts and burglaries might also be solved.
