The eighth edition of Lily Fest, the annual celebration of San Angelo’s famed International Water Lily Collection at Civic League Park, will feature door prizes, live music and scores of the world’s most beautiful lilies. It's happening Saturday from 9:30 AM to noon in the water lily basins in Civic League Park, along North Park Street between Harris Avenue and Pecos Street. The festivities will include presentations of lilies by Kenneth Landon, the acclaimed “Indiana Jones of water lilies” who is curator of the International Water Lily Collection.
