Police were investigating following the discovery a deceased 61-year-old San Angelo resident inside a vehicle at a local park. Last Thursday night, officers responded to a report of someone said to be suicical at Santa Rita Park in the 1000 block of South Madison Street. Upon arrival, police found a 2007 Toyota SUV and, in the driver’s seat, a man deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. There is no evidence of foul play. and the victim's name was not immediately released.
