Here's the update on city water usage. On Monday, the city's residents and businesses used 14-point-one million gallons of water; that compares to 13-point-seven million on the same date last year. A reminder that under San Angelo's current drought restrictions, watering is allowed only once every seven days at no more than one inch per application.
