The city of San Angelo says recent rainfall means that residents and businesses do not need to water their lawns for several weeks. Here are the latest numbers on water usage. On Saturday, the city used 10-point-nine million gallons of water; that was up from 10-point-four million gallons on the same date last year. On Friday, usage was down: 11-point-two million gallons compared to 12-point-five million a year earlier.
