A reminder from the city of San Angelo: outside watering is allowed once every seven days, but never between noon and 6 p.m. Each application should not exceed an inch. Runoffs of 150 feet or more down any gutter, street, alley or ditch is prohibited. On Sunday, San Angelo used 15-point-five million gallons of water compared to 10-point-four million on the same date last year.
